If you are feeling overwhelmed, worried or stressed by every day life and feel like you could do with someone approachable, calm and understanding to talk about how to deal with things then we can help.

My Approach

Although I use primarily Cognitive Behavioural techniques in treatment, I draw on elements of Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. I provide a non-judgemental, safe and comfortable space for clients to talk about their distress or anxiety and to tell me about what has gone on in their lives to bring them to therapy. READ MORE

Mountsorrel Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I am available for regular cognitive behavioural therapy one-to-one sessions with clients at the Mountsorrel Memorial Centre (MMC) on Leicester Road in Mountsorrel throughout the week. Meet Rebecca

 

Based near Loughborough, I am the mother of three children and one dog!I have had plenty of life experience that helps me empathise with and relate to others. I genuinely enjoy listening to people and helping them start to feel better, which is why I decided to train to become a psychotherapist in the first place.

My sessions are a safe space in which to share and make sense of what is going on for you. Maybe there is a specific issue you need help with, such as a phobia or trauma? Or maybe you simply want to be able to explain how you are feeling to someone who isn’t a family member or friend? Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I can help you to build a tool kit of helpful strategies.

I can offer you a private, non-judgemental and comfortable space in which to talk,and together we can develop a plan for you to move forward and deal with life’s issues, improve your mood and reduce your worry.
