Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
overcome anxiety
encourage calm
Meet Rebecca
Based near Loughborough, I am the mother of three children and one dog! I have had plenty of life experience that helps me empathise with and relate to others. I genuinely enjoy listening to people and helping them start to feel better, which is why I decided to train to become a psychotherapist in the first place.
My sessions are a safe space in which to share and make sense of what is going on for you. Maybe there is a specific issue you need help with, such as a phobia or trauma? Or maybe you simply want to be able to explain how you are feeling to someone who isn’t a family member or friend?
Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy we can develop a plan for you to move forward, improve your mood and reduce your worry. I can help you to build a tool kit of helpful strategies and coping techniques.
My lovely room in Thurmaston is a private, non-judgemental and comfortable space in which to talk.
