I now work privately from a base in Mountsorrel, near Loughborough, providing face-to- face, individualised CBT for adults who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including: OCD, Panic, PTSD, Generalised Anxiety, Social Anxiety and work-related stress.
I have had continuous professional development since 2013 and attended BABCP approved workshops on bereavement and grief, PTSD, Social Anxiety, Mindfulness, Specific Phobia and other appropriate interventions and treatments.
I am fully accredited by the BABCP having gained a diploma in CBP from the University of Derby.
